 Abstract submission

Guidelines for the XVIth International Nidovirus Symposium:

Please provide a concise abstract of maximum of 300 words including the following parts: introduction, aims, methods, main results, and conclusions.

Once prepared accordingly, click on “Abstract submission and Registration” to upload your abstract file in .docx /.doc /.pdf format following the instructions.

Important information about the submission of abstracts:

Draft Status
If you have not clicked on the submit button, your abstract will have been saved in Draft Status.
Abstracts that are in draft status after the deadline cannot be processed and therefore will not be considered for selection.

Changes and corrections

You can edit your abstract until the deadline. After this date, there can be no further adjustments or cancellations to your submission. If you have any problems, please write to nicole.giacomini@meeting-com.ch.

Withdrawal

If you want to withdraw an abstract already submitted, please notify us as quickly as possible at nicole.giacomini@meeting-com.ch stating the title and number of the abstract to be withdrawn.
